(UTV|COLOMBO) – The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) on Friday (19) stated that the water supply to several areas in Kotte, Colombo and suburbs would be interrupted for seventeen-hours from noon today due to an essential maintenance work of a water supply pipe extending from the Ambathale Water Treatment Plant.
The interruption will affect the Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte Municipal Council area, Colombo 05, 07, and 08, while the water will be supplied at low pressure to Maharagama, Boralegamuwa Urban Council areas, and Colombo 06.
