C.V. Vigneswaran resigned from ITAK   

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Former Northern Province Chief Minister C. V. Vigneswaran has handed over a letter marking his withdrawal from Illankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi (ITAK).

Member of Parliament, Mavai Senathirajah told that he had received this letter yesterday (07) at the party office of the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) in Jaffna.

After receiving the letter, around one hour friendly discussion was held between MP Mavai Senathirajah and the former Chief Minister CV Vigneswaran.

After handing over the letter, Vigneswaran has stated that his future political activities will be conducted under his newly formed party Tamil Makkal Koottani (TMK).
