(UTV|COLOMBO) – Inspector General of Police (IGP) Pujith Jayasundara has promoted a total of 2,891 Police Officers to higher ranks with immediate effect.
All the promotions were issued following an interview process and formal consent by the National Police Commission (NPC), the Police stated.
