Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, Emmy-winning “American Crime Story: The People vs. O.J. Simpson” director Anthony Hemingway and Amazon Studios are all teaming up for the college football drama feature “Work Horses”.
Hemingway will helm and Matthew King will pen the film which gives audiences a look at the competitive, non-paying world of college football, as well as working towards exposing the flaws in the system that benefits from players who are frequently struggling with making ends meet off of the field.
Rodgers, Super Bowl MVP Desmond Howard, former LSU receiver Abram Booty, Ryan Rottman, and Nate Raabe will executive produce the film.
