(UTV|COLOMBO) – The suspect who was arrested for assaulting 2 novice Monks at a Pirivena Viharaya in Horowpothana, has been remanded until 24 September.
Police had initiated an investigation based on video footage that was circulating in social media.
An extensive investigation launched by the Horowpothana Police led to the suspect, Chaminda Galaboda alias ‘Utiya’ arrest last evening (10).
