(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Constitutional Council (CC) has approved the appointment of Elections Secretariat Director General Saman Rathnayake as the new Elections Commissioner General of the National Elections Commission.
The decision to appoint was taken at a meeting held yesterday (15) by the Constitutional Council.
