(UTV|COLOMBO) – The final results of the forthcoming Presidential Election can be expected on 18 November, 2-days after the election, the National Elections Commission stated today (16).
Final results of the election is usually released by the following day. However, since the ballot papers are long this time around with 35 candidates contesting the Presidential Election, the final results may get delayed, the Commission stressed.
