(UTV|COLOMBO) – The voting cards printed for the forthcoming Presidential Election are to be handed over to the Postal Department today (25).
Accordingly, the Postal Department will commence distributing the polling cards for the voters starting from tomorrow (26).
Meanwhile, the special date for distributing voting cards will conduct on 03 to 09 November.
