(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The University of Kelaniya was temporarily closed on Friday (16) after about 900 students have been affected by viral flu and diarrhea.
The decision was taken following a discussion held between the Faculty Heads this morning. Accordingly, The University will be reopen on June 27 and the students have to report back to the hostel on June 26.
All the academic activities attached to the university would be temporarily halted until the reopening.
