(UTV|GALLE) – Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on Sunday (19) warned that stern action will be taken against individuals who endeavour to make disunity among the communities.
Prime Minister Wickremesinghe who visited Gintota in Galle in the aftermath of the tense situation that prevailed in the area stated that stern legal action will be taken against those responsible for the violence.
The Premier reassured the public in the area that the Police and Security Forces would round up those responsible for the violent incidents and the Government will never demonstrate any tolerance towards those in charge of the unsettling influences.
