UTV | COLOMBO – Sources say Sri Lanka’s premier T20 bowler Lasith Malinga has been dropped for the upcoming T20 International series against India.
Malinga has played 68 T20’s for Sri Lanka, bagging 90 wickets.
He has also bagged 21 wickets in his last 10 T20’s.
Sri Lanka will play 3 matches and the 1st T20I will be played on 20th of December at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack.
A reliable source also said that all-rounder Jeevan Mendis has been included in the probable squad, which needed to be ratified by the Minister of Sports.
