(UTV|COLOMBO) – Iconic “Crocodile Dundee” actor Paul Hogan is set to star as himself in the comedy “The Very Excellent Mr Dundee” at Piccadilly Pictures, Salt Media, Transmission Films.
In the film Hogan is on the brink of receiving a Knighthood for services to comedy but, despite all his best efforts, the next six weeks sees his name and reputation destroyed.
Dean Murphy (“Charlie & Boots,”” Strange Bedfellows”) helms the film and produces alongside Nigel Odel. No supporting cast has yet been announced and production starts next month in Australia, Los Angeles and Vancouver.
