(UTV|COLOMBO) – Priyanka Chopra (“Quantico,” “Baywatch”) is in talks to join the film adaptation of the comic “Cowboy Ninja Viking” for Universal Pictures. Chopra beat out multiple other actresses for the part after a chemistry test with lead Chris Pratt went extremely well.
The story follows a counter-intelligence unit that uses multiple personality disorder patients to create agents known as Triplets, referring to the three personalities the killers have. Pratt stars as an assassin who manifests the toughest skills of three different personas: a cowboy, a ninja, and a viking.
Craig Mazin, Dan Mazeau and Ryan Engle are penning the script for the film which opens next June.
