(UTV|COLOMBO) – “If Prime Minister not appointed even when all 225 Parliamentarians requested, isn’t that too a violation,” the Leader of All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC), Parliamentarian Rishad Bathiudeen stated.
He made this remarks on Tuesday (04) in response to President Maithripala Sirisena’s comment that Ranil Wickremesinghe would not be reappointed as the Prime Minister even if all 225 Parliamentarians endorsed to nominate Wickremesinghe as the Premier.
