(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The University Grants Commission (UGC) is scheduled to appear before COPE today (09th Thursday) for submitting a statement regarding the Malabe Private Medical College.
On an earlier occasion UGC officials had appeared before COPE, on that occasion COPE had recommended the UGC to submit a report about the legal position that existed for granting permission for the Malabe Private Medical College.
The report was requested to be submitted within two weeks.
