Cocaine Allegations: Report to be submitted to CID

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Committee Report on State Minister Ranjan Ramanayake’s claims on Parliamentarians using cocaine drugs will be submitted to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) for further investigations.

Ramanayake submitted the details of Parliamentarians who allegedly consume drugs to the four-member Committee on 22 February.

The Committee Report was handed over to Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe by the Leader of the House of Parliament and the Chairman of the Committee, Minister Lakshman Kiriella on Monday (25).
