Meanwhile, strong gusty winds up to 60 kilometres per hour are likely in Northern Province, the Met. Department stressed, adding fairly strong gusty winds up to 40 kilometres per hour are likely in North-Central Province, and in Trincomalee, Hambantota and Matale Districts.
