(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Court of Appeal delivering a ruling today set aside the Magistrate’s Court order in the Avant Garde case following a Revision Application filed by Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
However, the High Court of Colombo dismissed the Revision Application against the Magistrate’s Court order earlier.
