(UTV|COLOMBO) – Heavy traffic has been reported in Kotahena due to flooding near the Barber Street Junction along the main road connecting Nawaloka Roundabout and Pettah, police said.
Accordingly, the police have suggested the following alternative routes to be used during this time period;
- Vehicles travelling from Wattala have been advised to travel through Mattakkuliya and Modara to reach Colombo Fort
- Vehicles can travel towards Borella through Baseline Road.
