Prime Minister to visit Japan next week

(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will be visiting Japan from 10th to 16th April.

The Prime Minister Wickremesinghe will meet his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe during his visit.

The Government of Japan has announced that they are looking forward to the visit which they believe will serve to further strengthen the friendly relations between Japan and Sri Lanka.

The Premier will be accompanied by Prof. Maithree Wickremesinghe, Minister of Special Assignments Dr. Sarath Amunugama, Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickreme, MP Prof Ashu Marasinghe, Secretary to the Prime Minister Saman Ekanayake, Additional Secretary to the Prime Minister Saman Athaudahetti, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Miss Sandra Perera.
