(UTV|COLOMBO) – The postal voters are able to cast their votes from tomorrow (31) to 05 November with 07 November as an additional day for postal voting for those who had failed to cast their votes earlier.
According to the Election Commission, nearly 659,030 are eligible to cast their postal votes for the forthcoming Presidential Election.
