(UTV|COLOMBO)- The United States Embassy in Colombo has warned US citizens to exercise caution when travelling to Sri Lanka during the festive season.
Issuing a Level 2 Travel Advisory the Embassy warned US citizens in Sri Lanka to remain vigilant when travelling in public places.
The Embassy urged US citizens to follow instructions of local authorities, monitor local media for breaking events and adjust plans based on new information among other advisories.
