(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Yamuni Rashmika, an internationally awarded photo journalist won three more international gold awards in photography.
She won two FIAP Gold Awards and a PSA Gold Award at the 2nd International Photo Competition and EXHIBITION MYSTIC 2017 in Balkan, Serbia.
Her presentation to the competition “Father’s love” won the Gold PSA Award in the Contrast Section, the “Last Moment” won the Gold FIAS Award in the Photo Journalism (Open) Section and the “Life Jump” won the Gold FIAS Award in the Photo Travel (Open) Section.
She is the first Sri Lankan female photographer who has won three gold awards at an international competition. Currently, she is working at the Department of Government Information.
