(UTV|COLOMBO) – The water supply has been restricted to several areas in the Gampaha District owing to a rupture in the main supply line.
The National Water Supply and Drainage Board accordingly said the water cut will be in place for residents of Peliyagoda, Wattala, Mabola and Kelaniya areas.
The Water Board added the supply of water will resume only following the completion of the repairs of the pipeline that are currently underway.
