(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Minister Ravi Karunanayake, who took oath as the new Foreign Affairs Minister yesterday morning (22) later visited the Finance Ministry.
He thanked all ministry officials and his private staff who assisted him for the last two and a half year period to improve the life condition of the people in this country.
Addressing the staffers, minister Karunanayake said that he was able to perform a tremendous service for the country as the Finance Minister during the past two and half year time.
Minister Ravi Karunanayake also said that as the new Foreign Minister, a broad responsibility has been laid on his shoulders to be performed for the country.
