‘Justice League’ could lose USD 100 million at the Box-Office

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Looks like the League is being jolted by the dismal reviews of the critics.

According to the Independent, some new reports suggests that the superhero epic could lose a staggering USD 50-100 million for Warner Bros.

The huge loss is calculated after factoring in a marketing budget of USD 150 marketing budget, according to a leading U.S. publication.

Tracking for a USD 110 to USD 120 million opening weekend, ‘Justice League’ took USD 96 million at the US box office, making just over USD 280 million worldwide.

Former studio executive Rob Cain, who is responsible for the bold projection, also claims that the film’s theatrical run will end at about USD 635 million worldwide, which would subsequently make it the least successful of the films in the DC Extended Universe so far.
