UTV|COLOMBO – Sources say that all-rounder Thisara Perera would be appointed as Sri Lanka’s ODI and T20 skipper.
The names of former skipper Angelo Mathews, Dinesh Chandimal, Lahiru Thirimanne and Niroshan Dickwella have also been proposed.
Thisara Perera led Sri Lanka T20 side during the recent Pakistan series.
During the last 11 months, Sri Lanka has played 26 ODI’s losing 21 of them.
Sri Lanka has also lost 12 ODI’s in succession.
