UTV | COLOMBO – While Virat Kohli has always been vocal about his love affair with Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma, the 2 decided to tie the knot in an intimate ceremony in the presence of only family members.
The wedding, that took place in Italy, was performed as per Hindu rituals.
After days of intense speculation and denials, the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony, reportedly at a countryside resort named Borgo Finocchieto, one of the most expensive holiday properties in the world, where Barack and Michelle Obama had stayed earlier this year.
The couple will be hosting a reception on 21st of December in New Delhi for family members and on 26th of December in Mumbai for industry friends and cricketers.
