UTV | COLOMBO – Following a family dispute, a husband has stabbed his wife to death in Thelulla area in Wellawaya.
The victim was a 32-year-old. Police said the incident had occurred last night (19).
She had died upon admission to Wellawaya Base Hospital with stab wounds.
Her first husband had died some time back and she had married the suspect 5 years ago.
Police later arrested the suspect and he will be produced before Wellawaya Magistrate today (20).
