UTV | COLOMBO – The friendship between Meghan Markle and actress Priyanka Chopra is sparking rumours she’ll be considered to be a bridesmaid.
There is speculation the Bollywood actress, Priyanka Chopra will be asked by Markle to be part of her bridal party when she gets married to Prince Harry in Windsor on 19 May.
Markle met the former Miss World at a party in Toronto when she was filming Suits.
The 35‑year‑old Chopra is also an ambassador for UNICEF, so she and Ms. Markle may have shared interests in humanitarian work.
Jessica Mulroney is also rumoured to be in the mix, and Markle took her to the Invictus Games to meet Prince Harry soon after they made their first official public appearance.
Serena Williams could also be on the shortlist, as the two have been friends since 2014 as well as former Made in Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh who is close friends with the American actress.
Kensington Palace confirmed Markle and Prince Harry will marry on 19 May 2018, at St George’s Chapel in Windsor.
