(UTV| AMPARA) – All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC) Leader, Minister Rishad Bathiudeen revealed what truly transpired in the case of the Mayakkali and the role Minister Rauff Hakeem played under the guise of serving Muslim people.
Minister Bathiudeen pointed out that Minister Hakeem did not take any step forward for the benefit of Muslim community following the death of former Minister M. H. M. Ashraff.
Minister of Industry and Commerce Rishad Bathiudeen made these remarks in a meeting held in Irakkamam recently to confirm the victories of candidates who are contesting under the All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC) for the forthcoming Local Government (LG) Election from Ampara District.
He was greeted by a large crowd and received a strong support from the area.
The United People’s Alliance (UPA) Chairman Hassan Ali, Parliamentarians Abdullah Maharoof, Amir Ali, Ishak Rahman, and members of the ACMC Jemil, Shiraz Mirah Sahib, Javart, Mubarak Abdul Majid, and Mubarak Abdul Rashadi also participated.
