(UTV|COLOMBO) – Universal Pictures has reportedly won an auction for the action-thriller spec script “The Hunt” penned by “The Leftovers” co-creators Damon Lindelof and Nick Cuse.
Craig Zobel (“Z for Zachariah”) will helm the film which Jason Blum will produce through his Blumhouse Productions label. Specifics of the plot are under wraps.
Cuse and Zobel will be executive produce alongside Blum. Specifics of when the project will begin shooting have not been revealed.
