(UTV|COLOMBO) – Higher Education and Highways Minister Kabir Hashim states that he will hand over his letter of resignation as the United National Party (UNP) General Secretary.
He said that the decision was made in order to avail his position to a new office bearer who will be appointed when restructuring UNP.
