(UTV|COLOMBO) – Academy Award-winning composer Hans Zimmer has been confirmed to do the score for “Wonder Woman 1984” at Warner Bros. Pictures.
FilmMusicReporter and Hans-Zimmer.com reported the news about the score which will be Zimmer’s first DC films score since “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” three-years ago – at which time he effectively retired from the superhero genre until he changed his mind and hopped onto “X-Men: Dark Phoenix”.
Patty Jenkins returns to direct the film from a script she co-wrote alongside Geoff Johns and Dave Callaham. Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Pedro Pascal, Kristen Wiig, Gabriella Wilde, Natasha Rothwell, and Ravi Patel star in the currently shooting film which opens late 2019.
